Full Service Performance Based Service
Our Full Service Performance Based Contract includes a small initial setup fee, followed by a monthly management fee starting from 8% of the monthly rent. This comprehensive service ensures complete property management, from tenant placement to ongoing maintenance and dispute resolution.
Tenancy Dispute Service
For our Tenancy Dispute Service, fees are charged on an hourly basis, typically ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 per case, depending on complexity.
